Job Description

  • Minimizing Plant break down hours.
  • Increased Fly Ash absorption. Scheduled clinker, Gypsum or flyash analysis. Grinding aid quality to be checked every week.
  • Achieve cement production of 2.4 MTPA maintaining quality. To increase TPH. Through process optimization.
  • Regulating process parameter, flow etc and taking corrective action.
  • Specific power consumption of PPC.
  • Thorough Process Optimization.
  • Corrective action to be taken after reviewing circuit sample results.
  • Complying safety norms.
  • Operation & Maintenance of QC Lab activities
