Job Description
- Minimizing Plant break down hours.
- Increased Fly Ash absorption. Scheduled clinker, Gypsum or flyash analysis. Grinding aid quality to be checked every week.
- Achieve cement production of 2.4 MTPA maintaining quality. To increase TPH. Through process optimization.
- Regulating process parameter, flow etc and taking corrective action.
- Specific power consumption of PPC.
- Thorough Process Optimization.
- Corrective action to be taken after reviewing circuit sample results.
- Complying safety norms.
- Operation & Maintenance of QC Lab activities
