International stakeholder management at scale and seniorleader engagement
Facilitation experience for process discovery/mapping sessions
Practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools beyond theory
Governance and Standards: Setting process standards, aligning stakeholders at an enterprise level, and driving end-to-end process ownership.
Breadth and autonomy in managing multiple optimization projects endtoend
Discovery and Root Cause Analysis: Leading workshops focused on uncovering pain points & RCA
