Job Description
***Process Re-Engineering Consultant - India- Remote***
Here at RED, we are looking for an Process Re-Engineering Consultant to start on an project for one of our global end clients.
The Process Re-Engineering Consultant is expected to start January 2026 and for an initial 6 months contract with a possibility of extension. The project will be fully remote
Requirements:
- handson experience leading enterprisewide business process optimization initiatives, presentation skills and facilitating crossfunctional workshops with senior stakeholders.
- International stakeholder management at scale and seniorleader engagement experience
- Facilitation experience for process discovery/mapping sessions
- Practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools beyond theory
- Governance and Standards: Setting process standards, aligning stakeholders at an enterprise level, and driving end-to-end process ownership
