Key Responsibilities:
Manage reconciliation of all payment modes, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.
Monitor daily/monthly reconciliation and drive system-based/AI improvements.
Identify fraudulent transactions, develop AI-driven fraud prevention measures, and collaborate with agencies to mitigate risks.
Reconcile payments, process chargeback requests, and streamline resolution mechanisms.
Generate reports and provide insights for corrective actions.
Writing and executing SQL queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of payment processing, reconciliation, fraud detection, and chargeback management.
Experience with AI-driven fraud prevention tools, financial software, and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; relevant certifications (CFE, CAMS) preferred.
