General Information
Represents process quality organization and is responsible for all series production quality related topics. Responsibility of executing / supporting quality improvements, Scorecard, Quality management, Process quality assurance, Change Management, PPAP and Product Requalification process. Steering the quality team to achieve the quality targets; ensure customer satisfaction through continuous quality performance and improvement. Is the primary communication interface for the customer related to quality items in the plant.
Your Key Responsibilities
Leadership responsibility : Responsible for process quality team and activities.
Process quality :- To define and implement a roadmap to achieve the process Quality KPIs. To lead systematic problem solving to eliminate process scraps. Audit Management - To systematically plan and execute manufacturing quality audits (process audit, product audit, layered process audit, system audit). Change management - To lead process quality function for the product-process change management activities. Responsible for PPAP package and customer release. Moderate and release of risk management during production. SPC, MSA - To lead process quality team for the implementation of SPC and MSA. System adherence - Drive adherence of systems in processes for example, Safe Launch activities, Change Management, control plan, PPAP, Reverse-PFMEA, Product Requalification, Manufacturing Process Control, Jidoka, Deviation management, Production Restart, and Quality standards of the organisation.
Customer Centricity :- Customer Complaint management - To lead systematic problem solving for the customer complaints related to the manufacturing processes. To ensure 8D quality. Customer audit management - To lead process quality team for customer process-product-system audits. To ensure systematic closure of observations if any. Exemplify professional communication and integrity to achieve high customer satisfaction, trust and retention. Assure implementation of customer quality requirements towards exceeding customer expectations.
Improvement drives :- To improve the process performance and system performance by systemic approach. Inspire data management innovations toward live data review dashboards, data driven decision making, and big data analytics, with target of achieving proactive quality management system.
Quality Standards, Processes and Tools :- Support quality management system to establish and maintain quality management system effectiveness. Support internal and external Quality Management System audit. Drive Customer production line audit.
Your Qualifications
Education :- Technical academic studies or comparable education
Professional experience :- 12+ years of experience in manufacturing function, quality function experience is preferred.
Technical skills: automotive core tools : advanced, IATF16949 Advanced, VDA 6.3 Advanced, VDA 6.5 Advanced, APQP Advanced, AIAG automotive requirements Advanced, Quality analysis tools;Statistical tools Advanced.
