We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, quick learner Process & Proposals Manager to join our team in the dynamic and fast-paced water conservation based IOT industry. They will closely work with the service & domain teams along with other internal teams and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
About the role:
- Lead Proposals: Create solutions and proposals for sales, collaborating with teams and clients, including site travel.
- Design & Assess: Perform assessments, equipment analysis, and develop operational plans for new facilities.
- Innovate: Research tech, define workflows, and embed expertise into DigitalPaani's software.
- Model & Document: Conduct modeling, simulations, and document processes post-sales.
About you:
- Wastewater Expert: 3+ years in treatment design and optimization (biological, chemical, sludge).
- Technical Skills: Bachelor's in Chemical/Environmental/Civil Engineering, with modeling experience.
- Flexible & Communicative: Adaptable, travel-ready, and strong at process creation and communication.
- Good to Have: Knowledge of RO, cooling towers, or WTPs.
