Job Role: Process Planner - Precision Part Manufacturing
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, knowledge of CNC programming, and familiarity with various machining processes (e.g., milling, turning, grinding).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in process planning within a precision part manufacturing environment.
Job Locations: Hyderabad & Nagpur
Responsibilities:
Process Development: Design and develop detailed manufacturing processes for precision parts, including selection of appropriate machining techniques, tooling, and equipment.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain Comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, process flow charts, and operation sheets.
Tooling and Fixture Design: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and implement custom tooling and fixtures required for precision machining operations.
Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain high standards of product quality, including development of inspection plans and protocols.
Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of process planning and documentation.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems.
