We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Process Optimisation and Modeling Senior Associate

In This Role, You Will

  • Deliver end-to-end design and development of Anaplan solutions supporting workforce and financial planning processes
  • Translate business requirements into scalable model designs aligned with HSBC Centre of Excellence architecture principles
  • Develop, test, and maintain Anaplan models (modules, lists, dashboards) following best practices
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption
  • Integrate Anaplan models with source systems through ETL tools, APIs, or automated pipelines
  • Partner with different Global Businesses and Functions to ensure accurate, consistent data flows and aligned planning processes
  • Maintain proper documentation, model governance, and change control within the Centre of Excellence framework

To Be Successful, You Will

  • Certification: Level 3 Model Builder (Must) & Anaplan Solution Architect, ADO Certification. (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Anaplan project experience, including at least 23 full-cycle implementations. (Must)
  • Familiarity with ETL integrations (Must)
  • Strong exposure to Workforce Planning, Headcount Forecasting, and Financial Planning use cases. (Must)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs effectively. (Must)
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder discussions and requirement gathering. (Must)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, automation, and model governance principles. (Must)
  • Python scripting, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous. (preferred).
