Process Operator

Operate and monitor biogas plant systems and equipment such as digesters, compressors, pumps, and pipelines

Ensure smooth functioning of the biogas production process (anaerobic digestion)

Maintain optimal temperature, pressure, and gas flow levels

Perform regular inspections and safety checks of plant machinery

Record and maintain daily operational data and log sheets

Identify and troubleshoot process issues or equipment malfunctions

Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance

Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and environmental guidelines

Handle feedstock input (organic waste) and monitor output quality (biogas/CBG)
