We are looking for a Process Mining Specialist / Developer with strong analytical and technical skills to design, implement, and optimize process mining solutions. The role involves working with enterprise systems, data pipelines, and modern CI/CD practices to deliver insights that improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data extraction, manipulation, and integration using SQL / SIGNAL
- Analyze, visualize, and report process data to derive actionable insights
- Design and implement process mining use cases aligned with business objectives
- Work closely with stakeholders in an Agile, customer-centric development environment
- Integrate data from enterprise systems such as ECC, S/4HANA, TM, EWM, Ariba, etc.
- Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Piper, Hyperspace)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and high-quality solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SQL-based data manipulation and integration
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Good understanding of Process Mining concepts and practical implementation
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
Good to Have
- Experience with relational databases and ETL systems
- Exposure to automation and AI, including Python, GitHub Actions, Pydantic, or LLM-based workflows
- Domain knowledge in business processes, especially Supply Chain Management or Procurement
- Familiarity with modern DevOps and deployment practices
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
