Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual with strong skills in process mapping and Microsoft Visio to support documentation and improvement of business processes. The role involves converting workflows into clear, structured process maps and ensuring accuracy in documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed process flow diagrams and workflows using Microsoft Visio.
• Understand business processes through discussions, notes, and existing documents.
• Translate verbal and written inputs into clear, structured process maps.
• Review and validate process maps for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain organized process documentation and version control.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps or inefficiencies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine and update process flows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
• Strong understanding of process mapping / workflow documentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good comprehension and communication skills.
• Any degree (no specific specialization required)

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of business operations or HR/process documentation.
• Experience documenting SOPs or workflows.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
