Document processes, policies, and procedures to ensure standardization and compliance with card network, regulatory and bank guidelines.
Understand new projects requirements in detail and work on process implementation/product solutioning by coordinating with all internal stake holders
Develop and implement process improvement strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for closure of audit points related to process implementation/product solutioning within the agreed timelines
Measure, report, and analyze process performance and recommend corrective actions or enhancements
