Process Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Infrastructure team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business.This role will be based in Udaipur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Handling daily insurance claim related queries from client
• Travel with the surveyor and client to the loss site for assistance with the quantification of loss and verification of final reinstatement
• Support with internal and external co-ordination for ongoing and any future claim
• Supporting individual plant team with technical queries related to insurance or route the queries to proper channel internally for appropriate response to client
• With resource stationed at client's office, we have added benefit in relationship management with client
• Preparing weekly / monthly Dashboard on Claims
• Maintaining the Claim MIS for Claims and follow up:
• With the Client on the Pending Documentations
• With the Surveyor for the Claims Status/ Inspection/ Survey Reports.

What you need to have:

• 10+ years of Proven working experience as an insurance professional either in broking firm, insurance company, or as a surveyor.
• Master's degree in insurance (preferred) or any relevant certification in Insurance.
• Proven track record of managing multiple claims and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting tools are a plus.
