PROCESS MANAGER – SHIMOGA, KARNATAKA – INDIA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Process Manager with a strong background in Process Management / Process Improvement in Automobile, Manufacturing or Food Processing industries. The candidate will be responsible for process standardization, improvement, problem-solving and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and improve manufacturing processes, productivity and efficiency.

Identify process issues, rejection, wastage and bottlenecks.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.

Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen practices.

Use 7 QC Tools and 8D for process and quality improvement.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and PPC teams.

Support PPC, process planning and process standardization.

Prepare SOPs, process reports and improvement plans.

Train and guide teams on process standards, quality and 5S.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 9–11 years of relevant experience in Process / Process Improvement.

Experience in Automobile / Manufacturing / Food Processing preferred.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc – Science / Chemistry or B.E / M.E – Chemical / Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of 5S, RCA, Lean Manufacturing, PPC, 7 QC Tools and 8D.

2. Strong analytical, problem-solving and team coordination skills.

3. Candidates with a strong Process background are preferred over candidates with only Production experience.

Language must know: Kannada and English

Salary: 70,000 – 1,00,000 per month
