Job Description

Indastro is a leading astrology platform delivering high-quality, detailed and timely astrological services to clients worldwide. Our work involves producing high-end, detailed reports and content that require strong attention to language, structure, accuracy, consistency, and presentation. We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with a good understanding of content and strong academic or editorial aptitude to assist in managing our internal processes and ensure seamless delivery.

The Process & Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end workflow at Indastro, ensuring smooth operations from content creation and order placement to final report delivery. A key part of the role will be reviewing and quality-checking reports and content, coordinating revisions, and ensuring that the final output meets the required standards before publication or delivery. The role requires someone detail-oriented, process-oriented, and comfortable working with detailed, knowledge-based content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the internal workflow, including tracking content and pages to be published, assigning work, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Review and quality-check reports and content for language, structure, consistency, completeness, formatting, and overall quality before finalization.
  • Liaise and coordinate between internal teams (Content, IT, Astrology, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor client orders, queries, and feedback, supporting communication to ensure high-quality client service.
  • Maintain quality and process standards across reports and content and identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication with a strong eye for language, detail, and content quality.
  • Good academic background and/or prior exposure to content, research, editing, publishing, education, or other knowledge-intensive work.
  • Ability to understand, review, and work with detailed and high-end reports or knowledge-based content.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with experience of using AI services that can add efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, content coordination, editorial/content review, administration, publishing, education, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized or premium institute. Candidates with a strong academic background and demonstrated content/research aptitude will be preferred.
  • Higher management studies (e.g., MBA, PGDM) are a plus.
