Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct variance analysis to identify gaps between actuals and forecasts
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support business decisions
- Extract, clean, and structure data using Excel and SQL
- Ensure accuracy and quality of data used in forecasting inputs
- Create reports and dashboards that clearly communicate performance insights
- Translate data into meaningful narratives and actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with multiple teams to gather inputs and align on performance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL and python.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and trend identification
- High attention to detail and data validation
- Strong communication skills for storytelling with data
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking Domain.
- Experience in performance tracking, business analytics, or operations
- Familiarity with BI tools or reporting platforms
