Role Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant with strong analytics expertise and client management skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling data end-to-end, working with visualization tools, and engaging directly with clients to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics solutions
- Design, develop, and deliver BI dashboards and reports using industry-leading visualization tools
- Handle, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources
- Design and maintain data models and data marts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Analytics (mandatory)
- Proven expertise in delivering solutions using a combination of:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Alteryx or any other ETL tool
- Power Query
- Hands-on experience working with various data/file formats:
- Hyper
- JSON
- XML
- TDE
- Excel
- Flat files
- Experience in data modeling and data mart design
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment (till 12:30 AM IST)
Good to Have
- Exposure to Machine Learning and NLP
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- SAS
