About the Role
We are seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys) to support end-to-end campaign execution across global marketing programs. This role will be part of the Marketing Operations team, responsible for building, testing, and deploying digital campaigns, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Build, configure, and launch campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, including email journeys, nurture streams, event workflows, and automated triggers.
- Implement and QA campaign assets (emails, landing pages, forms, segments) to ensure functionality and accuracy prior to launch.
Data & Segmentation
- Collaborate with Audience Operations to define and validate segmentation logic within Dynamics Customer Insights or connected data sources.
- Ensure proper use of contact attributes, lists, and audience filters to drive precise targeting and personalization.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Conduct end-to-end testing of campaigns (emails, links, forms, triggers) to ensure flawless execution.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and company opt-in/opt-out policies.
- Document and follow standardized QA and approval processes for all campaign builds.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Campaign Execution, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys) including email/journey automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, contact management, and integration workflows between Dynamics and other systems (Sales, Data Platforms, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong QA, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
- Familiarity with campaign analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Datorama, Tableau).
- Experience working in Agile or sprint-based marketing environments.
