Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud to develop comprehensive customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective segmentation tactics.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using Adobe Analytics to uncover actionable insights and trends related to customer behavior and engagement.
- Design and implement A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies within Adobe Experience Cloud to optimize segmentation effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to segmentation performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize segmentation models and strategies based on performance metrics and industry best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud, working closely with data analytics teams as needed.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field, Masters degree preferred with 4+ years of work experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Cloud in a segmentation or analytics role.
- Proficient in using Adobe Analytics tools such as Analysis Workspace, Report Builder, and Data Workbench.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and methodologies, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and optimization techniques within Adobe Experience Cloud is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for data handling and segmentation practices.
- Banking and Financial domain experience will be preferred.
