Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:
- Utilize Adobe Analytics to track and analyze website and application performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates.
- Create custom reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Tableau to visualize data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for digital initiatives.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve user experience, marketing campaigns, and overall digital strategy.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by validating data sources and implementing data governance best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web analytics, BI, and data visualization tools.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) with 4+ years of proven experience in web analytics using Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture) and proficiency in Adobe Reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
