- Will be a part of Operational Excellence team and working on internal Ops & client projects
- Should be expert in coding &debugging
- Good logical aptitude and ability to research on its own
- Should be able to create detailed documentation on projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide automated solutions
Experience
- At least 8+ years of hands on experience in coding
Backend Development (Django / Python)
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Django and Django REST Framework (DRF)
- Build secure and efficient RESTful APIs for web applications
- Implement business logic, data models, and database schemas
- Manage authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Write reusable, testable, and maintainable code
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular if applicable)
- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Improve UI/UX based on user feedback and design guidelines
Database Management
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite
- Write optimized SQL queries and use Django ORM effectively
- Perform database migrations and data integrity checks
DevOps & Deployment
- Deploy Django applications using VPS servers
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
- Monitor application health, logs, and performance
Testing & Debugging
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and API tests
- Debug and resolve application issues efficiently
- Ensure application security and data protection best practices
Collaboration & Documentation
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning)
- Document code, APIs, and system architecture
- Stay updated with Django and Python best practices
Security & Compliance
- Implement security best practices (CSRF, XSS, SQL injection prevention)
- Handle sensitive data securely and comply with data protection standards
- Perform regular security audits and updates
