Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to define and own the strategic direction for digital growth across cards and lending portfolios. This role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities across customer journeys, shaping strategic priorities, and influencing outcomes such as revenue growth, improved customer experience, and overall effectiveness of digital initiatives. The role requires strong ownership of strategy and ideation, in close collaboration with analytics, product, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive digital growth strategy for cards and lending portfolios aligned to business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and experience across digital journeys
  • Lead strategic ideation to improve journey effectiveness, conversion outcomes, and customer value
  • Set strategic direction, success measures, and prioritization for digital initiatives
  • Partner with analytics and delivery teams to translate strategy into actionable initiatives
  • Review outcomes and refine strategic direction based on insights and business priorities
  • Present strategic recommendations and influence senior leadership decisions

  • Strong experience in banking, with deep exposure to cards and lending products
  • Proven ability to define and drive digital strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes
