Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring Daily operations and field work activities.
Mechanical maintenance & Trouble shooting of Chiller, Air compressor, Air Dryer, Boiler, Vacuum pumps Water System and all process equipment.
Project experience in Installation and commissioning of utility equipments such as chillers and etc.
Analyse the operating parameters for optimizing the Mechanical maintenance.
Responsible for the implementation of minor Mechanical modifications and improvement projects, to ensure safe, document effectively and timely execution in accordance with established company standards and specifications.
Review and control the standardization of materials and spare parts for Mechanical related systems, review stock quantities, usage and consumption to minimize the stock value, whilst ensuring that all spare parts are available for routine, defect and shutdown maintenance work.
Reviewing the preventive maintenance schedule, to ensure that the maintenance task undertaken are adequate to prevent unplanned equipment failure/Breakdown.
Review of all documents that related to equipment's.
Review Of Equipment Qualifications.
Installation and commissioning of New Equipment's.
Taking care of Mechanical Breakdown work.
Co-ordinate with user departments from time to time and meet their requirements.
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure.
Ability to prioritize, plan, assign, coordinate the Preventive maintenance activities of all utility equipments.
