About The Job:
- The ITIL ITSM Process Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of ITIL-aligned IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- This role ensures that IT services are delivered effectively and efficiently, aligning with business goals and compliance requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, etc.).
- Act as Process Owner for one or more ITIL processes.
- Monitor and report on process performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Conduct process audits and maturity assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Provide training and mentoring to IT teams on ITIL best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Manage process automation and integration with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM principles.
- Proven experience in process management, governance, and service delivery.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Lean, Agile, or DevOps methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Intermediate or Expert certification.
- Experience in process automation and tool integrations.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes.
- Exposure to global IT operations and multi-regional teams.
