Process Instrumentation and Control Engineer

Join our Process technology team responsible for conceptualising and designing filtration-based separation processes for Lifesciences and Biotech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Day-to-day responsibilities include developing P&IDs, control logic, and wiring diagrams; selecting and sizing sensors, transmitters, control valves, and panels

·      Control panel design including components list, loop drawing, cable schedule, tubing schedule etc.

·      Should have knowledge of VFDs, like Danfoss, ABB etc. & Control panel electrical design.

·      Can independently develop and test the machine PLC and HMI software. Must have knowledge of Siemens PLC and HMI Software like Simatic manager, WinCC flexible, TIA portal V12 upto V19, etc.

·      Knowledge of 21 CFR part 11

·      On site commissioning of pharma machines and can independently perform machine Operational qualification in front of customer.

·      Work closely and provide inputs to different departments such as Engineering, Technical Services, and Field Operations in Chennai and Mumbai.

You have:

• Diploma or Engineering Graduate (Instrumentation & control/Electronics/ Electronics & Communication Engineering)
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience
• Experience of setting up lab scale bio-reactors/ separation/work-up units and manage their operations efficiently.

·      Knowledge of 21 CFR part 11

• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one South Indian language
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel
