About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Analytics professional with 4 to 8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and automation, preferably within a finance operations background. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capability to drive data-led transformation across Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting Management: Manage scheduled and ad-hoc reporting needs across Finance Operations towers - P2P, O2C, and R2R.

  • Dashboard Development: Design and develop impactful Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights and enhance data visibility.

  • Automation & Data Transformation: Lead automation initiatives leveraging data source optimization, Power Platform tools, and transformation of finance processes.

  • Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to translate business problems into analytical solutions and generate meaningful insights for decision-making.

  • Process Optimization: Partner with Finance process leads and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement and transformation opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of analytics and automation projects.

  • Independent Project Leadership: Manage and execute projects independently, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.

  • Value-Add Outcome Tracking: Collaborate with functional experts to define, measure, and report on the impact of process improvement/optimization projects. Track KPIs, benefits realization, and progress against improvement targets, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-8 years in reporting, analytics, automation, preferably within finance operations.
  • Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros)

  • SQL, SAP Reporting, Power Query, Power BI (DAX)

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Python for data analysis and automation

  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts and their business applications

  • Data Expertise: Strong understanding of database management, data quality, and data integrity principles.

  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand financial operations and align analytics initiatives with strategic business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate insights effectively.

  • Communication & Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and visualization storytelling.

  • Project Management: Capable of leading projects independently, prioritizing effectively, and managing timelines and deliverables.
