WHY TAP – A Division of WHY Global Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Process Executive – Student Operations to manage and coordinate day-to-day academic and operational activities. The role involves handling class scheduling, student attendance, internship coordination, trainer communication, certification processes, operational reporting, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily class schedules and communicate updates to students and trainers.
- Manage and monitor student attendance records.
- Track student progress in internships, live projects, and assessments.
- Coordinate with trainers for scheduling, curriculum execution, and project reviews.
- Handle internship onboarding, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Maintain internship stipend records and coordinate payment processing.
- Manage certification eligibility and certificate issuance.
- Respond to student queries related to academics, internships, projects, and certifications.
- Maintain accurate student databases and operational documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Placement, Academic, and Operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies and operational processes.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance student experience.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Arts, Science, HR, or a related field.
- MBA or PG Diploma in HR, Operations, or Management is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in Student Operations, Academic Coordination, Training Operations, HR Operations, Administration, or Process Coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with LMS, HRMS, CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
