Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for an outbound calling role in a US-based process. The role involves reaching out to customers to gather required information, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to efficiently manage high-volume calling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US-based customers on a daily basis
- Engage with customers to request and follow up on required information
- Clearly explain requirements and guide customers through the process
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within defined TATs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the system
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for status updates and escalations
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation.
- Ability to handle extensive outbound calling.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good listening and probing skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company norms)
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in International or Domestic Customer Support is mandatory
- Prior experience in outbound calling will be an added advantage
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US shift)
