JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: PROXY ANALYST LOCATION: India
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Proxy Analyst will have familiarity with proxy voting procedures and regulations, corporate governance and shareholder rights as
well as analyze and monitor activity to gather and interpret data. A general knowledge of investment industry operations and trends as
well as SEC regulations is a plus. Incumbent will oversee the maintenance of record retention and retrieval. Also Involved in daily
custom design of various forms used by other departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
. Process daily broker kick outs to ensure proxy tabulations reflect accurate numbers.
. Work closely with admin teams to address any issues arising in proxy card creation and tabulation.
. Backup other proxy functions: validating record dates and proxy runs, entering defaults for proposal tabulations, tallying
incoming votes and validating scanned proxy cards kick outs.

. Enter defaults for proposal tabulations
. Tally incoming votes and validate scanned proxy cards kick outs reports
. Internal and External Reporting
. Create hosting sites and email blasts for upcoming meetings.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
. High School diploma or GED
. 3-5 years experience in a similar role
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
. Quark 4.0 and 6.0
. Excellent communication skills
. High level of organization and detail orientation
Preferred:
. Transfer Agent experience
