Process Executive

This is a full-time, on-site Process Executive role based in Jaipur. The Process Executive will be tasked with ensuring smooth operational processes, managing customer support and service initiatives, addressing client queries, and improving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include data analysis to optimize operations, efficient communication with clients and teams, and ensuring adherence to company quality standards while providing exceptional service experiences.

• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, handling customer interactions efficiently.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
• Ability to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
• Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or service industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
