Job Overview
The Manager – Process Excellence will be responsible for managing the cultural penetration of Continuous Improvement and Innovation across the organization. One of the core expectations would be the management of the Spark portal and idea generation through it. End‑to‑end management of the lifecycle, from initiation to closure, would be a key expectation. Additionally, this role involves working in close collaboration with all Transformation and Operations leaders.
Job Description
- Ensure on time reporting with accuracy by developing & implementing formats that ensure zero errors.
- Conduct Global Idea feasibility and Implementation Analysis & provide solutions to improve the intake.
- Engaging with Regions to ensure deployment of transformation projects (including SPARK) and recognition of good ideas as per agreed quarterly schedule.
- Documentation of case studies, best practices and showcasing VFS transformation capabilities at internal and external forums. This will require working very closely with the marketing and communication.
- Creating dashboards for Core Activities performed in Transformation Team
- Analyze standard reports by MIS Team and identify areas for improvement and potential projects.
- Ensure Internal customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure development of self and team by enhancing skills and knowledge by way of trainings etc.
- Should have complete knowledge & understanding of the methodology on the service level reporting & process.
- Collaborate with all teams in Transformation to facilitate Service Level Agreement (SLA) for core activities.
- Implementation and maintenance of Quality & Environment Management System across organization.
- Ensure timely reporting of Client & Internal MIS, Ad hoc data/ information & analysis.
- Conduct Research and provide innovative solutions for Business improvement.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

Education
- Graduate or global equivalent degree
- Post graduate degree/ MBA or global equivalent degree
Experience
- 4-9 years of experience in relevant field.
