Job Description

  • Process engineering of fine chemical organic synthesis in batch process, continuous fixed bed catalysis, dynamic adsorption and separation process.
  • Process synthesis from basic experimental data, intensification, Design and verification of PFD, preparation of P&ID.
  • Development of BEP (basic engineering package) of the project to be transferred from R&D to scale up (pilot) and manufacturing.
  • New project creation, timeline progress.
  • Material and energy balance calculations., cost evaluation.
  • Simulation, modelling, bar chart or Gantt Chart, down time projection analysis.
  • Technology transfer protocol and control.
  • R&D, QA, QC for transferring process of Chemical products from laboratory to pilot and manufacturing
  • Working and familiarization in ASPEN PLUS, HTRI, CHEMCAD, and VISIMIX, UNISIM, HYSYS, AOTOCAD, MATLAB.
  • Design, procurement and detail engineering and ensuring timely delivery, vendor evaluation, validation equipment validation.
  • HAZOP, PSSR, MOC and HIRA etc. and critical parameters.
  • Design, set up and operation of a prototype, kilo scale, and or pilot scale equipment for validation, evaluation or process intensification.
