Job Description

  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within the accounting and finance department.
  • Lead transformation projects to optimise workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of new processes.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement within financial operations.
  • Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all process improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor team members on new processes and tools.
  • Monitor the success of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Excellence & Transformation Consultant should have:

  • Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences and medical equipment/technology industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
