Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Semiconductor
Senior/Equipment/Process Engineer
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
- Execute equipment maintenance activities to ensure optimal tool readiness and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and productivity.
- Analyze equipment performance, technical data, and maintenance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Sustain and continuously improve semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, productivity, and cost targets.
- Monitor and analyze process performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other data analysis tools to identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate process excursions, perform root cause analysis, and drive long-term corrective and preventive actions.
The Talent:
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline
- 1 - 3 years working experience in semiconductor/wafer fabrication
