Hands-on experience in handling Plastic Injection Moulding Machines from 350T to 3500T for
automotive component moulding.
Independently manage process setting, parameter optimization, cycle time reduction, rejection
control, and productivity improvement.
Expertise in handling Small to large Injection moulds of Bumpers amp; Instrument Panels etc. with
Hot Runner / Sequential Valve Gate Systems.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills For Moulding Defects Such As
- Sink Marks
- Flash
- Short Moulding
- Warpage
- Weld Lines
- Burn Marks
- Tiger Marks
- Other process-related defects
Experience with robot automation / take-out systems.
Conducting mould trials, mould validation, and process approvals.
Close coordination with Mould Assembly and Quality Engineering teams.
Good knowledge of engineering resins and raw materials such as:
PP, ABS, PC, ASA, PBT , Glass-filled / Mineral-filled materials, etc.
Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing.
Capability to handle OEM audits, customer visits, and process discussions.
Experience in export mould trials, sample approvals, and packaging support.
Ensure full Safety Compliance on shop floor.
