Role - Process Engineer

Location - Initially at Udaipur Subsequently at Sehore

Experience 8 to 12 years

Qualification -

• B. Tech/BE Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Manufacturing, or related disciplines
• Must have prior experience in PCB manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or chemical process industries.

Job purpose - Working with the team to conceive, design, and deliver the processes for Secures PCB manufacturing plant. You will be working on one or more of the following areas

(a) Plating processes

(b) Bonding and lamination processes

(c) Registration, drilling, and routing processes

(d) Imaging and developing processes

(e) Etching and stripping processes

(f) Test and automation processes

(g) Reliability engineering processes

(h) Precious metal recovery processes etc.

What is expected -

1. Understand the process goals and constraints

2. Select the appropriate equipment

3. Define the processes and control methods

4. Discuss with others to validate assumptions

5. Implement the process with help of other team members

6. Analyse the process performance and fine tune

7. Achieve process goals and release process

8. Analyse process outcome on continuous basis and take improvement measures

Preferred knowledge areas

1. Chemical process design, engineering, and costing

2. Process optimisation

3. Plating processes (electroless and electro)

4. Analytical chemistry

6. Knowledge of process control and Shainin techniques will be an added advantage
