Role Description This full-time, on-site Process Engineer role is based at the Noida facility. The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Daily activities include analyzing process performance data, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and maintenance. The role involves preparing process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions, as well as supporting trials, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. The Process Engineer also contributes to cost reduction, yield improvement, and adherence to regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Process Engineering and Process Design skills for manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Process Control capabilities with demonstrated Analytical Skills to monitor and improve operations.
- Candidates should possess a foundation in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial) relevant to process development.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies (such as Kaizen or Six Sigma), and basic quality tools.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
