Position Overview
We are looking for a Process Engineer with a strong biologics manufacturing background to support routine manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Process Engineer for Single-Use System (SUS) activities and support routine biologics manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot single-use defects, process issues and decontamination-related activities.
- Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Own/support change controls related to manufacturing processes, single-use systems and NPI activities.
- Support NPI and manufacturing readiness, including process assessments, documentation and implementation of process changes.
- Provide technical and shop-floor support during manufacturing and new product introduction.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Engineering and Validation teams.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related discipline.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in biologics/biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Experience with Single-Use Systems, deviations, change controls and troubleshooting.
- NPI or technology transfer experience would be advantageous.
Good understanding of GMP manufacturing requirements.
