KRA'S :
- Develop and implement process control plans and SOPs to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and deploy CAPA to eliminate recurring defects and production stoppages.
- Interpret product design requirement into manufacturing process specification
- Identify root cause of the problems and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement sustainable corrective actions / design and implement SPC, poka-yoke and other process capability and problem solving and monitoring tools
- Implement Manufacturing Flow Charts, Standard Work, procedures, Control Plans and FMEAs.
- Implementation of Kaizen at assembly lines.
Incumbent profile:
- Dedicated Process Engineer with 5 years of experience across multiple industries. Proven expertise in yield improvement, cost reduction, process optimization and Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Expert in selection and design of tooling, jigs and fixtures and ability to work low cost automation.
- Exposure in Problem Analysis using PS tools and Root Cause Corrective Action,techniques such as by implementing SPC, poka-yoke
