Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day to day Ammonia Plant operations.
2. Co-ordinate with Maintenance team for breakdowns.
3. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operating envelopes.
4. Optimize energy consumption, water usage, and overall plant yield.
5. Investigate process upsets, deviations, and equipment performance issues.
6. Maintain process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, and operating manuals.

Experience:

Min.9 to 12 yrs of experience of Operations of Ammonia Plant. Experience in the Ammonia Plant pre-commissioning & commissioning is essential.

Qualification:

1. Graduate in Chemical Engineering .
