Process Engineer II

Key Responsibilities

Project Enquiry & Technical Proposal Management

Manage project enquiries by coordinating with customers, reviewing user requirement specifications (URS), preparing compliance documentation, and developing technical proposals and engineering solutions.

Process Engineering Design

Develop process engineering designs including preparation of P&IDs, mass balance calculations, equipment sizing, and preparation of equipment lists for biopharma and pharmaceutical applications.

Costing & Presales Support

Support pre-sales activities by preparing costing estimates, technical documentation, and providing end-to-end engineering inputs for customized process solutions.

Project Management & Execution

Lead project execution activities including preparation of DQ1 and DQ2 documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Engage with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication, requirement alignment, and successful project delivery.

Qualification & Validation Activities

Prepare qualification protocols and execute SFAT, mechanical inspection, PreFAT, FAT, and SAT while ensuring adherence to project realization plans and quality standards.

Process Optimization & Plant Setup

Support plant setup activities including utilities calculation, equipment positioning, and process optimization to improve efficiency and maximize yield.

Quality Compliance & Internal Audits

Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to internal procedures and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational excellence practices.

Continuous Improvement & Team Training

Drive improvement initiatives and train internal teams using industry best practices and operational frameworks to enhance process efficiency and engineering standards.
