Responsible for Developing, Evaluate, Monitor & Improve and optimize Quality, process design and cost to support growth of
Scope/Supervision And Interaction
- Interacts with ISR, Sales, Pricing, Application , Quality, planning, production, equipment etc.
- Cp-ordinate with outsourced partners like tool manufacturers, Job work providers, etc.
- Work closely with internal and external customers, Distributors to meet their expectations on time
Responsibilities
Job Responsibility:
- Plan, schedule, develop, evaluate and keep continuous improvement in manufacturing process.
- Utilizing knowledge of process design, materials properties, fabrication processes, tooling and quality control standards to evaluate and continuously improve production capability and product quality, minimize risks, costs and wastage.
- Under supervision, work out the product lines layout, process improvement, technical support relating to product localization.
- Investigate most complex manufacturing difficulties and determine corrective procedures.
- Create factory machine routings and work with maintenance team for high equipment efficiency and utilization.
- Process cost analysis and estimate, build-up product BOM and cost structure in corporate ERP (JDE) system.
- Handle quotation and sample & prototype process, coordinate trial run, engineering change, mass production.
- Play a key role in new material introduction, product line localization and new products launch.
- Create all relevant documents to meet ISO9001 & IFTF16949 requirements.
- Active participate in LEAN activities and lead continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost (productivity).
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Polymer Material or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of Manufacture engineering like Chemical processing, Rubber compound mixing, CNC programming working experience in international company.
- Ability to multi-task and work with various challenges, deal with a variety of situations in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team player.
- Good computer skills required to efficiently utilize AutoCAD, MS-Office.
- Good knowledge in Lean and quality, familiar with ISO9001 & IATF16949.
- Good problem solving (8D, 7QC tools) and quick learning skills.
