Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall process performance. If you enjoy problem-solving, process optimization, and working in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and standardized processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow guidelines.
• Monitor process performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance turnaround time and quality.
• Support automation initiatives and operational excellence projects.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related domains.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with workflow optimization, process mapping, and SOP creation.
• Ability to work with data and derive actionable operational insights.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
