Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer with over 10 years of experience to support onshore and offshore oil & gas EPC projects. The role involves leading process design activities, preparing key engineering deliverables, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical compliance and project execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and review of PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and process simulations.
- Prepare and review process datasheets for major equipment and instruments.
- Perform hydraulic and line sizing calculations, relief valve sizing, and flare system analysis.
- Participate in safety studies such as HAZOP, SIL, and QRA and support risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with API, ASME, IEC, and other relevant international standards.
- Coordinate with mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines throughout project phases.
- Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering for EPC oil & gas projects (onshore/offshore).
- Proficient in process simulation tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Pro II, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and client specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
