Job Description
BIW accuracy , ISO & Safety
- Sound knowledge of Industrial safety procedures with ISO std. [ISO 9001, ISO 45001 ]
- Hands-on experience in analysing BIW accuracy, BIW audits and C/M & improvement planning
- Sound knowledge of equipment's : Jigs & fixtures
- Understanding of master control sheets, tooling points, part control units for dimensional management
- Planning & control of Equipment Deep cleaning : supplier selection, PM plan, out-put etc.
- Preparation & review & revision of ISO documents of the department
- Participating external yearly ISO audits and conducting internal half-yearly ISO audits
- Ensuring the NC & Opportunity to improvement points control & adherence as per the audits
- Change management recording & documentation to all stakeholders [Safety, QA, Operation, part vendors, supplier etc.]
- Energy conservation & reduction planning & proposals followed by implementation
- Shop environmental regulation plan and management of HVLS fans, RTU's, cooling tower, etc.
- Hands-on experience of shopfloor audits for adherence of process, safety, hoardings, displays etc.
- Display of quality alerts, safety standards, line wise safety PPE's, etc.
- Shop beautification related to New policies, Workers scope, Quality, Cost & Deliverables
