Job Description

Overview

  • Ensuring proper inventory and availability of Consumable as per the PepsiCo standards.
  • Coordinating with Production /Packaging team & Engineering departments (Area incharge) for maintaining optimum inventory and availability of chemicals and consumables in the Factory.
  • Ensuring timely stock taking, reconciliation, Internal and External audit of spare parts and stock management to ensure zero/ inventory mismatch.
  • Ensure daily physical stock take and availability of HSD/ LPG at site and place indents for HSD and LPG to OMC (Oil and Gas Marketing Companies).
  • Drive Value engineering with coordination of internal and myBUY team.
  • Ensure storage related statutory compliances
  • Drive Store KC (Key controls) is related to I2C and FA.
  • Yearly Exercise on Fast moving , Slow moving , Non moving , Insurance and Obsolete spares .


Responsibilities

  • Ensure to receive chemicals and consumables on time and per PepsiCo standard,
  • Ensure proper PO in place, receipt of material, physical inspection of each and every material received at Engg stores and accounting/stock take and Reco of received spare parts, chemical and consumables.
  • Ensure proper documentation for incoming spare parts as per KC.
  • Create and develop the system for storage to ensure spare retrieval time 3 min
  • Coordination with across the department for GRN and KC compliance.
  • Reporting inventory time to time to stake holders.
  • Ensure the availability of HSD/ LPG.
  • Vendor code creation and Vendor development for localization initiatives.
  • Coordination and with finance for engineering scrap Invoice
  • Prepare SAP PO /PR, Ariba PR/PO as per requirement.
  • Ensure proper 5S of Engineering stores and Capex material receipt at site.
  • Ensure proper documentation for online rejections material and during receipt and return to supplier.
  • Ensure Weekly and Monthly stock reconciliation and internal and External Audits.
  • Ensure on-time reports and system documentation
  • Support and Drive TPM in Engineering stores.
  • Capex tracking and Monitoring fortnightly.
  • Weekly R&M spend tracking and Monitoring area wise.
  • Contract management in coordination with finance, GP, and legal teams.
  • Active Participation and compliances support during AIB audits.
  • Active participation and coordination for PEMM audits.
  • Spares parts Inventory planning and management.
  • Drive Productivity improvement initiatives with TPM and HO teams.
  • Support AOP preparation for Engineering and Production dept.
  • SAP material code creation and master data coordination.
  • Weekly VMOH closing, Monthly provisioning with finance team.


Qualifications

  • B. Tech. Mechanical / Electrical 7-10 Yrs experience and min 4 years in Engineering Stores.
  • Desirable: handling Engineering store/ warehouse experience of Mega factory.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years of working in a similar industry at the supervisory level
  • Exposure to manufacturing systems and shop floor culture
  • Coordination skill / Communication skills
