Summary: The Process Efficiency Specialist role aims to enhance operational efficiencies within the Back Office team in India. This contractor will be responsible for analyzing existing processes and implementing automation strategies to streamline operations over a six-month period.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing processes within the Back Office to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Challenge unitary time metrics by conducting sit-in sessions with operators to gather insights on current workflows.
- Propose and implement automation solutions, ensuring that process changes are documented through Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Streamline operations to promote efficiency gains and reduce manual intervention.
- Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with best practices and compliance standards.
- Conduct governance meetings to review progress and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Change the mindset of the team by influencing them to challenge processes and adopt a risk-based approach.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of cross-asset products and operational processes, with a keen understanding of Back Office functions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective tracking of unitary time for each process.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, yet possessing strong collaborative abilities to engage with team members.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, influencing team dynamics and fostering a risk-based approach to process improvement.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in process automation tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
