Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Vendor Experience

Manages the activities related to Vendors/suppliers daily to ensure smooth functioning of supply chain functions. This role is essential in providing excellent experience to our vendors/suppliers during the journey with our client

Responsibilities

.Research in internal systems and partner systems to provide resolution within the TAT

.Strong on email management.

.Works with client organization for partners/case specific guidance and takes steps through multiple tools depending on the relation.

.Provide prompt, efficient, and satisfactory responses to customer/vendor inquiries on Contracts and billing/invoicing corrections.

.Handling customer inquiries related to returns, processing return requests, ensuring adherence to return policies, resolving customer issues, and working towards customer satisfaction

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

.Any Graduate

.Professional experience in Vendor Management and Services Support

.Industry Experience - Services or hi-tech industry

.Hands-on experience with at least one ERP/procurement platform (e.g., Sales Force).

.Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data cleansing tools or ticketing systems.

.Working knowledge of indirect /direct spend categories

.Ability to work in a deadline-driven, service-oriented environment

.Excellent Communications

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

.Ability to learn quickly

.Diploma / Post Graduation in International supply chain management / Sourcing Management

.Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, knowledge and experience would be an added advantage
