Process Developer

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer/Business Analyst/Sr. Consultant - CAT Modelling

In this role, you will be using client data to model exposures using AIR software. Key output of this process is a summary of exposures and technical price to underwriters. This process involves two major steps, which are Scrubbing of Exposure data and apply terms & conditions and modeling of data & publishing results.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of treaties & fac submissions

• Update/Model accounts in Risk Link/AIR

• Apply terms & conditions, treaty information etc.

• Apply proportional and non-proportional treaties

• Import and validate portfolio exposure summary and analyze results in Risk Link/AIR

• EDM reconciliation to identify the reason of variations in the exposure results as compared to previous portfolio

• Create/ modify/ run SQL scripts to perform day to day process steps
  

• Generate insights that enables better risk management based on knowledge of client data

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Graduate/Post Graduate in quantitative sciences

• Strong domain knowledge with respect to backend and front end of RMS/AIR

• Relevant experience Reinsurance modelling will be preferable

• Knowledge of P&C Insurance

• Proficiency in advance MS Excel

• SQL knowledge is essential

• Ability to deliver time bound tasks

• Ability to handle the work pressure

• Work as a great teammate & highly motivated with problem solving skillsPreferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of RMS/AIR - Touchstone

• Excellent analytical ability
