Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Process Designer role based in Noida, India. The Process Designer will focus on analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Daily responsibilities include creating and implementing process designs, performing process evaluations, collaborating with other departments to understand project needs, and proposing improvements to existing processes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills will be essential to succeed in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Design and Business Process concepts and methodologies
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate process efficiency
- Experience in Business Process Management and the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process Design, or related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering industries is a plus
